Ray is one of those people who truly loves what he does. He is kind and patient and really funny. He really knows his bikes and he seems really happy when people are excited about cycling. In some ways he's a throwback to a simpler time. Ray's and Sons is a very special place and Maynard is lucky to have him.

I purchased an exercise bike on a recommendation from a friend. Ray was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I purchased the bike on the spot. Ray assembled it and delivered it a couple of days later to my home. Great bike and great service.

We’ve had the best experience ALWAYS getting our bikes fixed/tuned up. Ray is always flexible for requests, work is very reasonably priced (he disagreed to take extra dollars when offered saying his daughter audits the receipts and will yell at him if he took it : ), and if you ever hang out with Ray while he’s working on your bike, you’ll know he is the friendliest and funniest person ever!

Initially I had mixed feelings about Ray back last year. Then....I noticed a couple days prior a shifter cable was frayed and about to snap. I called Ray and he said " bring it on over and we'll get you fixed up " I took the bike trail to Ray's and he took me right in and fixed the issue within minutes at a reasonable price. He was very pleasant to chat with while he worked on my bike. So ...I really caught a misread on old Ray......hes cool in my book and great job too.
