Alberta did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my Heybike Ranger, which was inoperable when I took the eBike in. It did take some time, but that was solely due to the part needing to come from Heybike...Albert kept me up to date the whole way. I'll always take my eBike issues into RPE...as they repaired my Rad Power bikes battery charger on my first visit out to RPE. Thanks again Albert.

Great service and product. My husband’s 5 yr old Evelo battery died this winter and when I tried to order a replacement was told they were back ordered 6 months! My local bike shop suggested ebikemarketplace and what a great experience from start to finish. I talked to a friendly, knowledgeable representative who explained the easy process of sending them my battery to be rebuilt! I was even able to have the battery upgraded from its original capacity and it’s better for the environment! The normal turn around time is about 4-5 weeks ( better then 6 months) and for a nominal fee it could be expedited. I had my rebuilt battery back in less than 2 weeks. When I took the bike out for a short 6 mile test run I was surprised to find it had more power than originally and I still had 95%+ juice still available! My advice to everyone is don’t buy a new replacement, have this company rebuild the one you have. They are terrific!

These people have repacked a battery for me. Even though it took some time and 740 dollars I was happy with it. After about a year the fuse blew out on the thing. I shipped my battery to them again. The turn around was about 5 weeks. I’m not concerned about that. I live on the opposite coast. It that they shipped my battery back to me without a fuse or fuse holder. It works but I have questions as to it’s safety. I wish they would have called me and let me know what they did. As you can see from other reviews it’s not easy to get information over the phone. I think they need more help in the shop or at least some customer service training. It’s sad because I have referred others to this business. Now I’m not sure I did them a favor. I just got a call from a big cheese at Ebike Marketplace. As I suspected, he told me that they installed an internal fuse as the one that comes standard on the battery pack has a history of problems. I feel much better now knowing that the battery is safe to use. I suspected as much but my paranoia had visions of fire leaping from my garage ceiling. We talked about his customer service and the phones and full message boxes. He’s having the same problems everyone else is with staffing. I can understand that. I was impressed that he actually called me to calm my fears. I think these guys are working hard and trying to do the best job they can. Because he cared enough to actually pick up a phone and call me (not every business goes that far) I’m updating my review to a five. They had a five from me until the fuse thing. Now I feel more comfortable and my faith in the company has been renewed. This phone call reflects well on the company and its people. Good luck guys and keep up the good work.
