I went into the shop for the first time today. I live in maryland and was visiting relatives who live in westerly. It’s Saturday morning on labor day weekend 2024. It was super busy when I went in. I was looking for a brake cable pivot for a chopper I’m building back home and Josh dropped everything to bring me in the back and helped me find some hardware. Then he just told me to throw a few bucks in the tip jar on the counter. I do a fair amount of cycling (road/bmx/mtb) and wouldn’t hesitate to buy and have them work on my bicycles. Thanks so much!!!!

Came in to replace a tire tube and they helped us out by replacing the tire as well for no extra charge.. they were super kind, and Kevin was absolutely awesome throughout the entire service. Absolutely will be back for bike repairs.

Excellent service on my bmx bike. These guys always make sure my daughter and I are ready for a race!!! update: consistent quality repairs, wheel builds and custom bike applications can all be made here!

Great LBS! They have been at it since 1958. I stopped mid-ride for a new tire and they diagnosed a stretched chain on my road bike. I rode away happy and finished a great day with confidence in my machine.

I recently purchased a Liv (Giant) bicycle from Remy's Bikes / Ray Willis. What a wonderful experience. I'm so happy that the new owners are continuing in the family tradition of providing high quality products and excellent product knowledge, with outstanding customer service. The sales team worked with me to find just the right bike for getting back into cycling after 30 years. They were patient and knowledgeable about what would be best for me. The mechanic came out on the street with me to make sure the bike was set up for my size and riding ability. I've been back to riding now for a month, and look forward to bringing the bike in this week for the complimentary adjustment. So happy to have this family owned and operated shop in our community!
