My wife and I purchased 2 e-bikes from Mike and Kristen. Mikes E Bikes is the place to go. However, I think it is helpful to look at the brands they sell and do some research from there. Take the time to learn about ebikes so that you have questions that you can ask. We went in and were pretty confident about the bikes we wanted and they answered all our questions and got us setup. I really like the fact that Mike does a walk through of the components before you leave. Last minute fine tuning so you leave withe best possible setup. The shop is a drive for me but Mike and Kristen's expertise will keep us coming back. Aventon Aventure, Green. Aventon Pace 500 NG, White.

Let me start by saying that Naperville and the surrounding area is fortunate to have Mike in town. I've ordered my first e-bike from Mike, after I did my research on the Aventon website and I found out that he was an Elite Aventon Distributor. I was able to pick it up fully assembled a couple hours later. Since this was my first e-bike, Mike was very helpful to explain all the settings and features and he even helped me to load the bike in my trunk. A week later, we visited Mike again with my wife to purchase another e-bike for her so we can ride along together. Nothing but a 5-star experience this time as well. You could tell Mike had tons of experience with all types of bikes and he was happy to share that with his customers. You'll be treated with respect whether you're buying your first e-bike or are an avid cyclist. He's very knowledgeable on his stuff, super easy to work with, experienced and he's really prioritizing customers and making sure they're taken care of. I have already recommended to friends and would also recommend to anyone looking to buy or service their e-bike! Definitely deserves more than 5 stars! Thanks Mike!

We purchased 3 bikes from Mike. We spent $7,000 with the man. He did a great job selling the 3 bikes knowing it was important to be able to have them repaired. We have owned our bikes for two years and we have had nothing but repair issues with Mike. You schedule an appointment to bring the bikes in for repair and he is not there. Doesn’t call to cancel or change the date. The worst business person I have ever dealt with. Rude and unprofessional! I would not buy water from Mike even if I was lost in the desert. Find another dealer cause Mike will take your money and hide!,

Mike made my purchasing experience great! The bike was on back order but he kept me updated and immediately notified me as soon as it was in and he worked with my schedule and stayed open for me the night I put down my deposit. He was very helpful in getting me set up to ride again! If you're thinking about buying an ebike make sure you go to Mike!

Think twice before going to this bike shop. Supposed to open at 12 but place was closed even though I had a scheduled test ride appt also at 12noon, made 2 weeks ago. Due to rainy day, I did not expect to be able to take a test ride. I contacted the owner via my appt schedule but failed to get a reply. I decided to take a 25 mile drive on my day off just to check out Gazelle electric bicycles because Revolution E bikes was listed as a location that sells them. To my utter surprise upon arrival at 12 noon when they are supposed to open, the place was closed. The owner finally replied to my initial text 90 minutes later to say he wasn’t open and by the way, he stopped selling Gazelle bikes months ago! He failed to notify Gazelle ‘s website of this and I made a trip for nothing! So here’s a courtesy message for anyone thinking they carry Gazelle bikes. Poor communication and indifferent attitude. I certainly can’t recommend nor will I ever return!
