They've always been very helpful with any requests. They've helped so much on getting both my bikes fitted for how we like them from new pedals, gears ,tires, grips, spokes aligned, three-piece cranks. highly recommend.

Was in need of a new local bike shop to go to since I’ve moved to Nashville. Called this place up and asked if I could walk in and get a quick fix and the owner was sooooo kind and told me to come on in and he fixed my bike up quick! Great place and great service!

Had a great experience at the Ride615 bike shop in Nashville on Old Lebanon Rd. The owner, Scott, answered my many questions thoughtfully and patiently, and didn't make me feel like my questions were dumb. I felt like he listened closely to all my preferences for my new bike, and pointed me in the proper direction, without making me feel any pressure to buy any of the models he showed me. I would highly recommend the Ride615 shops to anyone looking for a new bike.

I found Ride615 online after searching for quality, local bike shop. A buddy recommended another shop, but based on the reviews and location I decided to give them a try. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the service I received. Nick did a great job on my bike assemble, also made me aware of some things to think about based on the model of my bike, and offered up some component changes /recommendations to make for a better ride.
