One of the best bicycle shops in Ridgewood! We were greeted by a really nice lady, not sure if she was the owner. They had a nice inventory of bicycles, athletic wear and accessories. The place was spotless and well-kept. Will definitely visit again if we’re ever in the area.

Super friendly, super chill. They noticed an issue on my bike I had not noticed, and they fixed it for me. They also made it easy for me to pick up my bike when it was done being serviced. Overall, they're simply the kind of people I'd like to deal with whenever I shop or need something fixed -- and I look forward to doing business with them again.

We just purchased our daughter's bicycle and it was pleasant experience from front door to cash register. Jeremy helped us and he was knowledgeable and true gentleman. I also preordered my trek mountain bike and it will be delivered by this November!

AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE! Picture this: I just moved to the area, eager to get my bike prepped for some fresh asphalt adventures. I go to this place, drop a couple hundred on two new tires and tubes (Gatorskin tires, mind you), and feel ready to ride. But guess what? Five minutes into my first spin, I catch a flat. Not five months, not five rides—five minutes! I head back, and the mechanic starts babbling about the wheel being defective, something about a spring in the bushing, yada yada... Spare me. I hadn’t had a flat in four years, but suddenly, the minute I touch the road with their brand-new tire, it decides to die on me. A $100 tire with a lifespan shorter than a coffee break? Please. They had the audacity to refuse a replacement and tried selling me another one. The nerve! Honestly, does this smell like anything other than daylight robbery? Walked out, unresolved, never going back. If you’re smart, you won’t even walk in. Head to Westwood Cycle or Wyckoff if you value your sanity and your wallet.
