They had a bike I could not get in Seattle. In addition to holding it a couple of days for me until I could make the drive, they allowed me to test this one and another before I made my final decision. They spent a great deal of time with me ensuring I was aware of and could use the many features, including the apps for my phone. Because it was a fairly pricey item, they tossed in a handy bit of equipment for the tubeless tires. Upon returning home after I had brought it in for its 30-day checkup, I experienced a minor problem that would have been within their warranty period. I took it to a local bike shop because it was not worth the trip to Portland. When I advised them of the situation, they refunded to me the cost of the repair. I would recommend them to any cyclist at any level.

I came in looking for a new endurance/gravel bike and both Tommy and Dru helped me out a ton. They went over various features of bikes and what might suit me best and then set me up to go on test rides of three different bikes. I ended up getting a bike at a different shop that had a different brand/model that I liked, however if I hadn't found that bike I would've bought from River City. It's great to have a shop with such a great selection and knowledgeable people working there.

Awesome service and expertise! I walked in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and walked out a happy customer with a sweet new ride. Shannon is great at zero pressure sales, and the bike techs know there stuff.

River City Bikes is probably the best Bike Shop in the world. Special shout out to Dru Vinson who worked with me on my new gravel bike. If you are looking for personalized help from an extremely knowledgeable person, ask for Dru!

Just picked out two new Gravel Enduro bikes for my wife and me, and will be back to RCB soon for some trail bikes. Shannon helped us for nearly five hours and was awesome to work with! His knowledge of the different choices we had for bikes and gear was fantastic and left us a lot smarter about our choices, which ultimately led us to what I think will be a great biking experience in the future. Thanks so much to Shannon and the rest of the staff, who helped us try on some of the gear and even made us a Cappuccino! Wow!!!
