I stopped into River City E-Bikes a few months ago, and everyone there was great! I was interested in buying an electric bike with a throttle to ride while recovering from a knee injury. I already had a really nice Bosch-powered commuter but was looking for something different as a secondary bike. I ended up test riding and purchasing a Specialized Globe Haul ST, which has been game-changing! Love how easy it is to ride loaded up, and as a big and tall rider, it still fits me really well. The throttle makes me feel a lot safer crossing busy intersections while I commute across town for physical therapy, too. No need for a car! The purchase process was super-easy, and I was able to ride my bike home within a few days. Would happily come here again, and will need to for regular tune-ups!

Dave at River City E-Bikes helped me get my new Cero 2 grocery getter set up. Dave was super helpful, and got me on the right bike with the right accessories. Really appreciate Dave's following up, and I'd recommend this shop!

Everyone always rants and raves about River City bikes and now it's my turn! I showed up (stupidly) before my pick up order was marked ready, while they were just then dealing with the aftermath of a break in, and they were still running all over to help me with my order. I ended up heading out before they found it, but the guy who was helping me before I left still found me at my bus stop to let me know he was headed to the other location to find my order. 10/10 service, these guys deserve a raise! They even offered to ship my order to me since I ended up leaving without it, I really couldn't ask for more/better. On top of that, they were also the only place I found the olive ortieib panniers on a discount of any kind! I'm really looking forward to getting those green ortliebs, thanks folks!

While I didn't purchase an E-bike from this store I was given stellar service when I took a Specialized Bike in for a firmware update. Alex was kind, patient, and hella knowledgeable. He gave me the rundown on my new bike, showed me how to connect the Specialized App, and even offered up some first time pointers for the new ride. Thank you again for the help Alex!

Recently passed our one year anniversary of owning two Creo 2 ebikes from RCeB. The bikes have been flawless but those are machines. The people at RCeB are flawless as well. Zack guided us through the buying process over 2 weekends of riding demo bikes. We never felt like any question or request was too much to ask. Buying a new bike is one of life's great joys and Zack helped us find the best bikes by being friendly, honest, and stoked about ebikes. Working with the service team is flawless too. Their computer system is setup to send estimates by text but what is kinda cool to me is I can continue to text the mechanic back and forth asking questions and never had to call. It's the little things like that I appreciate. I know these ebikes sell themselves and I don't think there's a better selection of higher-end gravel ebikes in one place anywhere in the state. There is no pressure sales treatment here. People here are trusted advisors who take the time to ensure you buy what's best for you and how you ride.
