It's my second time with Roberts Bicycle, and I'm pleased with the service. I have an EUC (electric unicycle), and although they don't technically do it here, they tried, but I disassembled the wheel and bought the tire and inner tube myself. This time, however, I was unable to do so because no one was available to bring the EUC already disassembled with me. They charged me little extra and disassembled it themselves. That suggests they know exactly what they're doing and do it very well. It was also really quick, as if for the first time. I would love to suggest them to everyone, but I have never done the bike and seems like EUC is not their favorite hahah In any case, they fulfilled my expectations. 11/10

I normally do not like to put negative reviews, however, I will here. I needed a tube changed on my back tire. I normally go to Corona, Queens (Elias bicycle shop) where they charge $13 for the tube and labor. I was near Robert’s bicycle shop so I decided to go there. Considering it is located in Bayside, the total cost would be no more than $20. He told me to come back in an hour and to my surprise, everything costed almost $32. $13 for the tube and $16 for labor and tax. All this just to replace a tube. A big RIPOFF. At Elias bicycle shop on one occasion, I paid $30 for a NEW TIRE and tube which included labor. I wish everyone the best, however, I will never come here again.

I was grateful that this shop was able to fix my flat tire immediately, but I was astounded by the price. It was over $30 for a tube and the labor. I think $30-$32. Outrageous pricing.

Have been working with Robert's for years! Craig and staff are the best, whether it's a new bike or a repair that's needed. No need to go anywhere else!!
