Moved out here 4 years ago and have been doing business with these guys ever since. Super friendly staff, excellent mechanics, great prices and a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased parts and accessories and they have always provided guidance regarding installation. They have serviced my bike when service required was beyond my expertise.

After just getting into Cycling for health reasons, I'm a total newbie. I'm fixing up my dads old mongoose from before it was a retail brand, its so old so much needed to be tuned up / replaced, I was very hesitant on where to spend my money, or to just figure it out all myself, after contumely failing I decided to just turn to a bike store, the staff here made me feel like I was more than just a customer spending money but a friend I could lean on, ZERO hesitation to guide me in the right direction and to educate / assist me. The prices are very fair, and the service given is beyond 5 stars. I just had my Flywheel replaced after the nice dude with long hair took my bike for a spin to be 100% sure that was the part.... and it was. My bike is in perfect working order now but I will 100% be back. This is without a doubt the best bicycle shop on long island.

have been troubleshooting an issue with my 1977 BMW r60/7 for quite some time. I made several calls to Bill at Rocky Point and he was extremely helpful in determining whether it really had a Carb issue or not. Post purchase I made several calls to him during the setup process and he equally as helpful after my purchase. More importantly my bike has never ran this good. I am sure this bike shop is also great - however this review was for Rocky Point (Motorcycle) Cycle in Hudson MA

Crashed my bike in a race, had light damage to the brake track of one of my carbon wheels. I wasn't sure if it was safe to continue riding, or if it could be/needed repair. They went the extra mile and actually took my wheel to some local carbon specialists for an opinion. Said the wheel was safe to ride, and they didn't charge me anything for having taken the wheel to a different place for inspection. That's above & beyond service in my book. I've also done a few tune ups here and the work is good.
