Great customer service. I ordered some stuff online which wasn't matching with each other that well and they called back to suggest something that would work better. It's so nice to see great customer service still exists from a quality company.

Fantastic customer service - I ordered a combination of chainrings that the Rotor team were worried may not give a great experience so they called me before submitting my order just to confirm. Since I live in SLC, they also offered to just have me pick it up in person which was great. Keep up the good work!

Super customer support. Had a few questions about availability, they were answered promptly. Even got a phone call to iron things out. Chain rings and Shimano bolt covers for two bikes. 👍 My best efforts historically have been on Rotor chain rings. Need every advantage these days. Had a fitment issue. Called customer service, “Cobbler “ ironed everything out. Exceeded my expectations. Thanks Again!

I had Rotor chainrings on my previous bike and I have been riding a standard chainring set for the last 4 years. I just put Rotor rings on my bike and they are great. Climbed almost 6000 ft., felt good and best of all, my knees were not sore.

I did not buy anything from this company however I did send an overnight package through UPS to sandy, Utah and it was delivered to their address in Salt Lake City. The package was time sensitive and was supposed to go to my finance company. UPS was notified and they told me they would send a driver to pick it up and re deliver that day. UPS never came back and nobody at dispatch knew anything. I just found out someone from this company delivered my package themselves so I wanted to say thank you so much. What a great person to go out of their way for a stranger. It saved me a good deal of money and time. Thank you Rotor and Lori and whoever else helped me. What a nice company with such amazing and trustworthy people
