So i started cycling around 2020 during covid, been playing soccer all my life so switching to cycling was very weird at first but i got the hang of it and started loving the sport. Recently I decided to splurge on a nice bike and found Sammys shop while at my barber from another client. I went last novemeber to look at the cervelo soloist and Sammy helped me out a ton with the information he gave me. Well today i finally pulled the trigger, and Sammy was a huge help. He helped size the bike to my frame and even helped me on the trainer to learn how to clip in and out. Him and his staff were very patient with teaching me and showed great customer service and answered every question i had when it came to the bike! I appreciate everything they did and they have gained a loyal customer! For anyone out there looking for a used or new bike definitely check out Sammys shop. Great people, great customer service and you wont regret it!

Sammy’s has always been our go to shop for buying bikes and getting them repaired for several years. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a Momentum E-bike from them and absolutely love it. I can now comfortably take a longer bike ride without getting worn out.

We could not have had a better experience! We dealt with Sammy mainly, but also another gentleman. They could not have been more helpful, professional, and most of all, engaging with my four year year-old. They assisted with an electric bike and new carrier. Sammy said a couple of times that we will be taking the long way home once we purchased the bike. I chuckled, but he could not have been more correct… the experience and service were excellent and the bike was perfect! We will definitely be back!

I drive Over an hour to come to Sammy’s. He has the best customer service. Sammy will take the time to make sure you have the best bike for you, and your budget. And his service after the sale is second to none. I can’t think of a better shop. Or a better person to do business with.

Sammy's is a 5 star guy. I did not buy my e bike from him but within 3 years of owning my bike I brought it the bike shop in Batavia where I purchased it in for my gear being to hard to turn. They offered me a tune up and after I picked up the bike the back brake squealed so loud which it didn't before I did not need to use my horn. I immediately took it back and was told these brakes do this sometimes and we can replace them for a charge. I was also kind of laughed off. I took my bike to Sammy and it was fixed in less then 15 minutes. Lesson well learned. Thanks Sammy
