I recently stopped in to Scheller's Fitness and Cycling to have them look at my Trek 7000 hybrid bike. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was a teenager, and I noticed the lock piece that holds the seat in place was broken. One of the team members took the time to find the exact part I needed and installed it for me. He also adjusted the seat to the right height for my inseam and showed me how to make adjustments myself. Now my rides are so much more comfortable and enjoyable! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable—I really appreciated the great service.

This was my first time carefully, considering a quality bike to improve my physical condition, and hopefully to extend my longevity One of the owners, Marty, took limitless personal time to answer all my questions, And also to entertain theoreticals when I had Multiple angles on a question. This company does not try to sell you something. This company listens to your needs and your questions. They ask you more questions to be sure that they understand exactly what your goals are. I never once suspected, upselling, Because it was not there! When I asked About possible options, which would’ve cost me more, if they believed this was not in my interest this is what they told me. If you want to be treated like family, whether you have a question, or you want to explore this store as many options, all which pertain To taking good care of your body, and purchasing whatever you want, or whatever they can help you learn that you might need, for your consideration. I heartily recommend that you Visit this company and the expertise of the entire staff, including Jason, who is a fountain of knowledge himself. He personally set up the bicycle I purchased. We had an amazing day of riding thanks to all the help from Scheller's. We loved our Treks. Special thanks for setting up our bikes with pedals and mounts. And thank you for the amazing service with the water bottles we left behind!

Scheller’s has great products and service. We took our two bikes in for spring servicing and they were super helpful. They even helped load them on our bike rack. Grateful for scheller’s fitness and cycling.

From my work account a year ago:  I had a great experience renting a dual suspension mtb. The bike was rolled out and ready when I arrived and the final setup w the suspension was quick. I'm an advanced rider and was happy with the model and build that I rented. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.... I'm in Kentucky several times a year from California and don't like shipping my mtb so this is a great alternative for me..
