I came in to Serious to have a timeless bike that I’m selling looked at for any severe damages. My eyes were drawn around the room to a display of high quality, perfectly priced bikes. I was greeted by a furry friend and given exceptional customer service! Without request, Brian showed a little extra love to the bike I brought in and gave me great information about the bike. Afterward, I stayed by my own accord to check and see if there were any bikes with my name on it and I found one I really liked. Brian doesn’t really know the depth of his kindness today and how much of a blessing he turned out to be for me. Unfortunately my own bike was stolen and destroyed over a year ago when I regretfully chained it to a business fence overnight. So I haven’t been out riding in a long time.. but I will be back soon when I’m ready and able to purchase a bike for myself. I’m happy to have found my new bike store in my area! Potential customer for life here, going by today’s experience! Thanks Brian! I rode that bike back home 5+ miles and relived the feeling of riding again. You didn’t have to be that nice but you were, effortlessly. God bless friend! Cheers!

This place is the best and has the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. I ordered my bike from them last year and they took the time to go over all the models I was looking at to help me find the one that was right for me and then did a fitting to make sure everything was perfect for me. Today I went in to pick up my order for new pedals and shoes. They went above and beyond and spend a ton of time making adjustments to the cleats so that everything was absolutely perfect. I really couldn’t believe how much time Brandon spent helping me, he is very good. After that was set, Keith gave me another fitting and I was on my way. I happily come from about 30 minutes away because they are the best. If you need a new bike, gear, or maintenance I can not recommend Serious Cycling Agoura enough.

Seriously the best! First they take trade ins for pros closet, this gives customers options. I took my trade in Giant TCR, and they were great, took off my pedals, and swapped a tire for me for free. Then let me try all the bikes I wanted. Then sold me a great bike without any extra mark up. Got a Cervelo Caledonia Big bonuses with Serious Cycling. Free bike fitting Free lifetime adjustments Free water bottles Amazing service This is a great place!

Bryan really took time to help me and shared his passion for cycling in ways that really helped. He listened and made suggestions that were tailored to my wants and needs. I will be a repeat customer, and greatly appreciate the guidance! Thank you!

I do really like this store, both the Agoura and the Northridge locations, and almost all of the staff is always super helpful and friendly, despite the fact that I may not appear to be their target market as far as cyclists are concerned, I probably weigh nearly twice what most "Serious Cyclists" do (and not from too much time in the gym). I would have rated five stars, but about two to two and a half weeks ago, I had a fairly disappointing experience at the Northridge store. I showed up hoping to take a look at some of the stock of Dogma F frames they had. Upon inquiring, they did have one in my size, which I had been made aware of previously by an employee at the Agoura store, but I did not know if it had sold already. I was hoping to just see some of the frames, maybe take a look at the color and see if I could convince myself it would be worth it, but sadly it was not at either of the store locations, but in their warehouse. That's no big deal, the issue I had, was that I didn't feel like I was taken very seriously by the employee who helped me. He seemed shocked at my first question about Dogma F availability, and that I was interested in one, which in and of itself wouldn't be bad, but it wasn't just surprise and it's over, it seemed to continue to puzzle him why I might be interested in such an aggressive and expensive frame. Following this, he more or less told me nothing else was coming, but they had the black and red frame I knew about, and I had explained to him the two colors I had any interest in. Despite feeling talked down to somewhat, I was ok with the way he handled most of the conversation. The part that bothered me the most was some kind of bizarre sales tactic, where he explained to me that I should probably just settle for whatever color I can get my hands on because I'll probably be waiting many many months and even if I did wait until the "estimated arrival" date, it probably wouldn't show up based on "how the bike industry has been going". My first problem is, fear mongering is a really weird sales tactic, and most people who are spending more on their bike than their car, probably have some idea of availability elsewhere as well. I had one (the color and size I wanted) preordered to arrive in early August, and I was fairly confident it would arrive around then, if not much later. The salesman there even told me, there are often delays, but not usually more than a couple weeks if anything. He set me up for the possibility, but didn't try to act like it was never going to show up. The second thing is, telling someone who just told you that they are only specifically interested in two of the colorway options, that he should probably just "settle for whatever he can get his hands on right now", sounds like a sales tactic used to lure the kind of customer that they never expect to have to deal with again, because they are just buying the bike as a way to have some kind of bragging rights in their circle, and not someone who cares about the bike he plans to put over 6,000 miles a year on. While that may not be much mileage to a "serious cyclist", it's a significant amount for me, and for pretty much any cyclist above a weekend rider. As it turns out, another shop who didn't even think they could get it for me soon, but called Pinarello anyway just in case, ended up getting EXTREMELY lucky, because Pinarello had just built one for another shop that cancelled that order, and offered it to them if they wanted it, since an interested customer said he would buy it if it arrived. Well, I picked up my Crystal White Dogma F in size 56 yesterday. I would imagine Serious Cycling has some decent clout with Pinarello, since they sell quite a number of their bikes, which gives me the impression they could have done the exact same thing for me. Maybe it just seemed easier to sell me whatever was in stock, than try to make a phone call to help a serious customer. I've always appreciated how Serious Cycling, that caters to very serious racers, treated me well also usually. But this trip was very disappointing.
