Our 2 Espin bikes were dropped of to have brakes replaced......we called to ask about the progress and found out they were taken in a theft 2 weeks ago......we called the cops and found out they were taken ......WE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED OUR BIKES WERE TAKEN .....PLEASE NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THIS BIKE SHOP......THEY ARE SCUMBAGS

Lucky to have such a helpful bike shop in the Reading area. Truly a dedicated, helpful, knowledgeable family business. My experience has demonstrated first class Customer service, hands down. The short version, I accidentally ran over my father-in-law‘s bicycle wheel with a larger piece of equipment. He happens to be enthusiastic about the sport himself, hundred miles plus a day. So, a bicycle rim but in half would make things slightly challenging for a ride. In a frantic “what the &?/! Am I going to do”, I took his bike to skyline. Mind you this all happen on a Sunday. Not knowing the hours, I raced his bike into the bike shop. Ryan replaced The rim, tube, tape, etc. totally hook me up and bailed me out of a huge jam. What I find highly impressive ..... They’re supposed to be close on a Sunday Bravo Zulu skyline bike shop. Any other bicycle issues I may come across I am definitely using skyline bike shop and would highly, highly recommend them to anyone

These people are passionate about all things cycling! Skyline has new and used bikes for everyone from the beginner to professional cyclist. They'll fix your ride, and get you back on the trails. If you want to try to race, this is the place to start. Ken and Ryan will get you geared up, encourage, educate and befriend you. Skyline is the best little bike shop around!

Called in search of a Shimano Deore 10spd derailleur. Trying to support local before I buy online. Said Shimano parts are hard to get a hold of (which i understand), didnt even bother to check his inventory and said he has customers in the store and hung up on me. Phone call was easily no more than 60 seconds. Extremely rude to a potential customer.

Great seeing you guys you should be so proud of each other. What a team!.. Hey I was researching the 2 bikes I was looking at and decided to go with the giant electric. The boo is not for me I'm too old for that style of riding and to tell you the truth I never was too good at it riding the roads at high speeds is for you young bucks. Please get back to me with the availability and time frame of the giant. Again, what a wonderful father/son Team.
