I brought my 2016 Surly Straggler in for the performance tune-up and the shop's owner, Scott, went the extra mile in getting this bike back into tiptop shape. The bike is shifting and braking great again. Would definitely come back again next time I need the bike serviced. I also noticed that Southwest Bicycle is now stocking some new Surly bikes and has an excellent stock of bike accessories.

I had an excellent experience at Southwest Bicycle Shop! Scott was incredibly nice and friendly, and he went above and beyond to help me fix my bike tires. His expertise and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of bike repairs or service. Five stars all the way!

Awesome shop. Fixed my bike with older campy parts at 1/3 the cost of the shop I tried first. They ordered used parts off eBay to get the job done.. Very good customer service too!

Scott at Southwest Bicycle has been a great source for repairs and upgrades on my Aventon ebike even though he is not a dealer and the components which these Chinese electric bikes ship with are of dubious quality (which leads a lot of bike shops to say they won't work on them), but when I bring it in for service with Scott he always offers multiple options of replacement components from slightly better to significantly better (I always opt for the most durable option). Pricing has always seemed quite fair and turnaround time has been wildly quick. Aventon upgrades performed to date: brake lines/pads/rotors, derailleur/shifter/cassette/chain, oversize tires and tubes. The groupset upgrade made a huge improvement and I'm stoked to hit the elk woods with it in a few weeks.

This bike store is amazing! Scott, the owner really knows his stuff and will go out of his way to be helpful. I just got my first bike in over 10 years there and can’t wait to start riding it!
