Ran my on/off road e-bike rear tire just about bald, the staff at Southwest Bikes took GREAT care of me with some exceptionally well handling new rubber, I would gladly recommend this shop for ANY service needs. Nice looking place with about anything bike related you might want. 🚲🇺🇸😎👊🏼

Awesome service as always. I always had my bikes (ebikes, enduro, trail) serviced here and the techs are very knowledgeable and always looking out for the best interest of their customers. Just bought my son a 20” bmx under $400 and he loves it. They made sure all parts are working well (no loose screws/bearings, brakes working perfectly) before it left the shop which i always appreciate.

I can't recommend Southwest Bikes enough! I recently bought a used Kona Libre DL from them, and it’s truly my dream bike. As someone new to cycling (as an adult), I had a few rookie mishaps early on and brought the bike in for help. Dylan not only got everything sorted but also took the time to explain what went wrong so I could learn from it. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about bikes. I really trust this shop and wouldn’t hesitate to go back for anything I need. If you're looking for expert service and a great buying experience, Southwest Bikes is the place to go. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly, highly recommend!

Weather was warming up here in February and I decided to go on my first Bike ride of the season and got a rear flat. My bike came “tubeless ready” from the factory, so I took it to Southwest bikes to have them complete that upgrade.I live close by and was surprised to get a call within a couple hours that it was ready. They also raised up my handlebars at my request. at no charge. Nice people. Support your local shops.

We walked in this morning thinking we would browse out the bikes we had been researching. But Dylan walked us through the different bikes they had available. He was thorough and explained the details in terms that helped us understand what we could purchase and why. At the end of the day we walked out loving our bikes and feeling like we made a sound purchase!
