What a great team over there at Spokesman . I purchased a bike from California shipping it to Michigan First time ever doing this The team did a fantastic job of packing the bike. It arrived safe to Michigan. They were also in constant contact with me along the way making sure the bike arrived from UPS safely. It was a great experience. They’ve even reached out to me after received my bike to make sure it was everything I expected. Price, sales and service from this company was great even for a guy out of state. We highly recommend them to others

Been coming here for years. Got a great fitting once. Today came in with some pretty disastrous road shoes which I’ve been treating like mountain bike shoes along with my old Kline. Talked about a $500 upgrade with shoes and pedals, but they got me fixed up for another six months with my old gear while I get ready for the next purchase. Very trustworthy and consultative. Will be coming here for the upgrade. Thank you

Took my bike in for a tune up on a Thursday afternoon and they had it done same day! I'm sure that kind of turn around isn't always possible but they did a fantastic job adjusting my gears so the chain isn't making a weird sound any more, ans they fixed my handlebar tape even though I didn't mention that it was unraveling. Super great place. In and out for like $45, very very high level customer service in my experience. Thx guys!
