Huge THANKS to Hunter and the SpokeX team. I’m in Northern California and was looking all over for the 2025 Santa Cruz Heckler SL in the new Matte Dark Blue. Well SpokeX was one of the few places that had one due to arrive in the build and size I wanted. I needed it delivered in less than a week for a planned ride in Tahoe. Hunter and team took care of me. They went out of their way to call Santa Cruz and track the status of the bike, build it and ship it to me just in time for my trip. Hunter kept me updated all along the way. I highly recommend SpokeX especially if you are buying a bike online. Hunter took all the stress out of it. Thank you!

Had a mullet wheel set built for my steed. Stan's flow EX3's with hydra hubs, sound like a swarm of angry hornets🤣. So far so good! Stout hoops, been on a few gnarly, chunky rides and the wheels are as true as the day I got them. These dudes do great work. I highly recommend them yo.🤙🏽

Hunter and the whole crew at SpokeX are so friendly and knowledgeable. The wheel set I purchased looks fantastic they talked me into put some color into the build which added a better look to my bike. I’ll have to buy some more red to add to my bike.

I was sold when they had a i9 hydra/rim of your choice sale I found on pinkbike. Building/customizing the wheelset online was super easy, good fun, and pretty seamless. Built, shipped (free shipping too), arrived a week and a day after order. I personally spoke with someone (they called me!) which was awesome and the email updates were prompt. They wheelset looks and feels so so good, definitely happy with the outcome. Awesome work. They back up their work with a lifetime craftmanship warranty too. 'Nuf said.
