I have an SRM power meter mounted on a pair of Rotor 3D Cranks. Recently Rotor replaced the crankset under a warranty issue and I needed to get the SRM power meter hardware transferred to the new cranks. I was in Denver on business with my bike, so I called SRM and talked to Rachel Cole, who arranged for me to come down and have the conversion made while I was in town. Travis the tech guru took care of the conversion while Rachel gave me a tour of the facility which has a really cool collection of bikes and hardware that chronicles the history of the company. A great company! Travis and Rachel were spectacular along with the rest of the staff who really took care of me. SRM makes a great product backed by great people. 1000 stars!

Pretty terrible customer service. Called regarding a substantial technical issue with one of their cranksets that damaged 2 of my frames and almost took me out of a few races. When I spoke to someone the only thing they had to say was “ok”. And blankly said nothing beyond that. Why are these people the gold standard in their industry with such terrible service and poor quality equipment?
