Took my mountain bike in on a Friday because I'd bent the rear rim and couldn't fix it myself. Also asked for a general tune up. Ken took care of it and promised it by Tuesday, but it was ready the next day (that is, earlier than expected). Ken also showed me a trick with one of the wheels. New rims and tires are beautifully trued, rides wonderfully. Good price, quick fix. Definitely would go to them again.

I highly recommend this bicycle shop. I've been there twice - once for my wife's bike, and again just recently for mine. I discovered an issue with mine just before heading off to a vacation where the bike was needed. Ken fit my work in understanding the timing issue and got my bike in tip top shape. Additionally, he helped better fit my bike to me. I received quality service and parts at fair prices. You won't find any more personal service.

Wonderful experience! Walked in having no idea what kind of bike to get or even what size and we were helped quickly. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Bought two bikes and will definitely be back. Great deals and prices.

There is so much value in shopping local. This place is the perfect example. The owner went above and beyond for a $20 dollar part. The store is well stocked and the staff is knowledgeable. Priced aggressively. You will not find this level knowledge on the internet. They know there stuff! If you are looking for a bike, accessories or repairs this place is a must stop. Thank you so much for getting me out of a jam. Shop local support local!

I've been there many times for repairs and parts purchases. Every time the team is direct, with no annoying upsell. Today they told me I just needed an adjustment (for what I thought was surely going to be replacement parts on a Fatboy I've crashed several times). They have an amazing amount of inventory for a small building. If nothing else, just go look!
