Strictly Bicycles in Fort Lee NJ is the best bicycle shop in America in terms of acquiring bike frames (specialty & non specialty), fully built bikes, components, repairs, service, and parts. It is also a shop that can be used as a great resource for traditional and non traditional builds. The vibe at the shop is welcoming, and the customer service experience is beyond exceptional. I’ve had the opportunity to build some of the most amazing bicycles in the world through Strictly, either as fully built bikes or as partially built bikes:

Cannot say enough positive things about this place! On a new road bike and my first ride in 10 years, had an unfortunate clip in SNAFU by the bridge that damaged my bike and made it unrideable. Thankfully I was within walking distance of the shop and within an hour it was completely fixed, along with a set of pedals that were a better match for my shoes/bike. I rode about 30 miles after without a hitch and the team was kind and friendly the entire time.

Nelson and Joanna went above and beyond for me. I purchased a 2023 specialized sl7 tarmac S works. They treated me like family not just a customer. The whole staff there is great. Super knowledgeable and super friendly. Kudos to all of them for getting me back on the road!

Purchased my bike online and realized a few hours later the bike didn’t have the crank I thought it did. I emailed them, and got an almost instant response saying they’d build it with crank I wanted. Bike shipped following day and arrived across the country to me in perfect shape. Super happy with my bike and the great customer service. They could have easily said the spec called for one crank and shipped it as such. Especially since I’m on the west coast. They could have said it was my problem to deal with once bike arrived, but they didn’t. Super impressed when someone goes an extra step to make a happy customer when there is a possibility you may never hear from them again. I’ll definitely look to their site for future bike purchases
