I very rarely write reviews but this one had to happen. It's been a long time since I've experienced this level of customer service. I recently picked up a new mountain bike and the time they spent making sure it was dialed in for me and that I understood all of the features/specs was so beneficial. They also didn't nickel and dime me or try to upsell me at all. Just good sound advice which ended in me getting the best value bike for the type of riding I'll be doing. They even came out and showed me how to use my new bike (which I didn't buy from them) as I was leaving. I'm sure there are other great shops out there but my experience with Suburban Cycles left nothing to be desired. I'll go out of the way to give them all of my future business.

I don't even own a bike, but I keep coming back in here. Colin has provided bicycle service for everyone else in my family, and he always does so with a smile. He's informative, efficient, and courteous. I always look forward to visiting Suburban Cycles, and, who knows, maybe someday I'll even buy a bike for myself. This will certainly be the first place I shop!

Great service although I didn’t find what I was looking for in store the staff told me about their website. I found the perfect bike for my wife a specialized rockhopper and was able to pick it up in their store. The staff was great explaining any questions I had on the bike i purchased. I highly recommend this bike shop and I will continue to go back.

I just bring my bikes here and it ultimately saves $/ time. They suggest product upgrades, offer fast turn arounds and have decades of experience. Quick repairs, full tune ups to custom builds. I've been lucky to have this shop in my neighborhood. Thanks Colin and Fox family!

These guys are awesome. Brought my bike in to be serviced. They said it was to be ready next week and it came back days earlier. Polished, tuned up and ready to ride. Colin was very kind and helpful. His love for bikes shows in his work.
