Summit has been very good to me. I cannot tell you how many times I have taken my bikes in here for repairs or maintenance. I have always been pleased with the outcome and the pricing. Been taking my bikes here for over 10 years and hope it to remains that way. In the past I have tried other bike shops, but I have had better results with Summit, not to mention they work on all bikes, analog or e-bike. That isn’t the case with many other bike shops where I have been told. “I am not an authorized repair shop for your bike.” I would like to give a huge shoutout to Dalton one of Summits lead techs. He is always enthusiastic, tells it like it is and does his best to do what is needed to get you up running and back out there. Dalton in many cases goes beyond the call of duty to get me back up and riding. Much appreciated!! Thank you, Dalton and the Summit team, I really appreciate the dedicated work.

I brought my e-bike in for a hydraulic brake bleed because the rear brake was no longer providing enough friction. This on a new bike ridden less than 200 miles. The technician who helped me was super friendly and answered my questions clearly. After fixing the primary problem he explained that there may be a brake defect causing a leak that is hard to detect and how I can perform a simple test at home to see if there might be a leak. They also charged me less than the usual price because they didn't perform a full flush of the hydraulics like they would do if the brakes had been repaired or replaced. This was my first time having my bike serviced by Summit Bicycles but it certainly won't be the last.

Maintenance and repair service is friendly, timely and efficient. Prices are reasonable. Great selection of Trek bikes. Location is great. Summit has been burglarized many times and its important to shop/support our local businesses.

Summit Bicycles are awesome. They have great customer service and are very friendly. Dalton has been taking of my Trek Madone Slr 7 since 2022 when I got it and has always kept me safe out there. His work on my brakes, tires, and chain up keep is superb. I don't trust any other bike shop with my bike and will continue to get my bike maintenance done here. Thanks guys!
