Bought two turbo Levos from this shop if your in Las Vegas, Clark county, or anywhere in Nevada this is your premier specialized dealer. Super welcoming friendly staff with literally every special tool to fix anything from suspension rebuilds to 20k+ custom road bike builds they've got it all and they do it better than anyone else in town!!

Where do I even start…after scouring the interwebs for months for my dream bike I found it at Swanny’s online in my size!! It’s a huge purchase and I’m in NY and after messaging the shop through their website I was connected to pretty much the most responsive and helpful human possible. From my first message on, Joseph was funny, kind and super patient walking through all my questions. He made it possible for me to buy my bike, have it insured and shipped to NY. He answered my many detailed questions and was an absolute joy to work with making a super big purchase VERY easy from many miles away. A purchase that large can be scary even when you are in person so to say he made me comfortable is a big deal. I can not say enough about this experience. After purchase he has kept me proactively in the loop on packing and shipping my bike- I have not had to ask once, he has been in contact with me. I’ll update once I get my bike but given the lead in I can’t imagine I will be anything other than 100% pleased. I wish all my shopping experiences were like this, especially with those big buys that have a comma in the total - THANK YOU JOSEPH- you helped me get my dream bike AND made it fun and easy.highly highly recommend!

I had a motor failure and thought I was going to miss my race. They had the warranty work done and the had to order the parts and still had it back to me the next day. I don’t know many businesses that put that much effort into helping a customer. They always treat me like I am their most important customer.

Very nice and welcoming group of people. I just had a simple fork service done and I was treated just as nice as someone trying to buy a new bike. Genuine kindness. Would definitely come back.
