Everyone at bicycle cellar is nice & welcoming. Eli was able to inspect my bike and get me all fixed up. Eli was the best I brought in my bike thinking it was doomed and he had it fixed in five minutes! Don’t tinker around if you don’t entirely know all the pieces is all I’m gonna say, thanks Eli you’re the best.

Rented a bike here during February. Being from Ireland I was easily able to organise the rental over email with Tom, Tom even sent me some Strava routes. Showed up on the day and the guys were very friendly and quick getting me and the bike sorted. Loved the bike, very reasonable prices compared to other rental shops.

I brought my ZiZZO folding bike in for a tuneup and to help diagnose a phantom shifting issue. After sharing an online video of what I thought was the solution, I got the right parts installed and now I can’t wait for it to get cooler so I can actually enjoy riding my bike. Everyone there went above and beyond my expectations and I’m grateful they took the time to fix it. Thank you! You have a customer for life.

Not sure what's going on lately I've been going to them for years. Quality of repairs has been pretty bad, used to be pretty good. They kept missing the thing that was constantly puncturing my tube on the rim of the bike wheel. Probably paid for 4-5 unnecessary tube replacements over the course of six months. Then they forgot to hook up my rear breaks, almost got hit by a car.

Great shop. Stopped by to get my breaks fixed. The guys were knowledgeable, cool and got it done quickly. Would def be back for any future fixes.
