I have been going to The Bicycle Doctor since probably 2016 when I lived in Metro Atlanta the first time. Since returning in 2022, they have been my "go to" shop for all upgrades and repairs. Not only have they done upgrades and repairs, they have also unpacked and reassembled my bike after various overseas trips. My last stop before going to my first Ironman race was The Bicycle Doctor. I crushed the bike during the triathlon! I attribute that to the aero bars they installed and the tune-up done by The Bicycle Doctor. Definitely recommend!

Great customer service we got here because somebody recommended us this place. Joe assisted us with our bike. He was a Pro, patient and respectful. He took it in right away and told us what we needed. He change the part that was broken in the front wheel in seconds. He recommended a tune up however we were in a hurry and couldn’t leave the bike. We will definitely come back. You can never go wrong in this store.

Needed the pedal sensor replaced. It was done quickly for a good price. Even got info on how I could do it myself. Most places won't touch an e-bike they don't sell, these guys will at least try. I recommend them for all your needs.

Came here a while back for a $300 tune up and specifically asked via email for my original parts to be put aside so I can use them in the future. The owner (GT grad) denied when asked to give me my old parts and caught an attitude. Save your time and money shop elsewhere
