The shop is well-equipped with excellent bikes and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The mechanics are excellent and do quality maintenance and repairs efficiently and as soon as they possibly can. I thoroughly enjoy shopping here and chatting with the staff. I think it is the best bike shop in Naples and I highly recommend it.

The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. They explained the issue with my bike, quickly repaired it and gave suggestions for at-home maintenance. They are a cut above the rest! I highly recommend The Bike Route for your cycling needs.

All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t oversell you and they’re honest. This place is my go to for any type of purchases / repairs for my bike.

I've had years of great experiences at The Bike Route. I sadly purchased my first true road bike elsewhere and didn't receive the customer services they give here at the Bike Route. But all my maintenance and repairs are 100% taken care by great mechs and a more than reasonable price. My next bike will be from these guys. One example: Recently while out riding I had a shifting issue and of course I had a race in 2 days ! Took it before closing to the Bike Route Thursday late and had it repaired by Saturday morning and cost less than I imagined. Great communication and service . Shout out to Andrew !

I drive all the way from north naples and switch cars w hubby for the day! We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Techs are so knoweldgeable! Service is affordable! Owners are delightful! Thank you once again Bike Route! 🚲
