Day 1: The woman is not very friendly. She thought we had left the store and I heard her mock my friend because he brought his new e bike in to be checked out because the front end of the bike was hit by a truck and needed to be looked at. Day 2: My friend returned to pick up his bike because he had a bad feeling about yesterday. Today he spoke to the man who works on the bikes. My friend was very pleased with their conversation. He found the man to be very responsible and reliable.

I recently rode my bike to The Bike Route after having trouble with my tubeless back tire. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bill assisted me right away and was incredibly honest about the condition of my tire and what I might need in the future. There was no pressure or sales pitch, just genuine advice. Bill mentioned that he's been working there for 40 or so years, and I learned that his dad opened the shop 50 years ago. They are currently celebrating their 50th anniversary! This long-standing dedication to their craft and customers truly shows. I will definitely be back for all my bike needs. Highly recommend!

This establishment is truly exceptional, and their staff is incredibly supportive. It is difficult to adequately express my appreciation for this company and its employees. Their dedication and commitment to assisting customers are truly commendable. They have gone above and beyond to assist me, even fixing my flat tire on two separate occasions. This company will always be my first choice for any assistance I may require in the future.

Came in ask questions and got the right answers really glad to stop by in here and get my bike fixed thank . What an incredible update went in with a new bike. But I had to purchase Said it was basically not worth it. So they gave mean a donated bicycle. I can't say thank you so much. God bless you and may you be successful forever.

Good People! My RAD Power ebike was getting harder and harder to ride. Something was definitely wrong with the rear wheel assembly. Found these guys on Google and brought my bike to them. Rear wheel bearings were shot. The free wheel and chain were worn out. Rear rotor was bent. (It was a mess.) Ebike technician extraordinaire Bob Smith got right into it and fixed it up like new. It rides and handles so smoothly now. I didn't realize how much I had been fighting with it before. The repair bill was reasonable for the work done. They will be my go to bike repair and maintenance shop when I am in the Ft Myers area.
