Went into the shop on Friday, (did not call), spent almost half and hour in there, asking about having an e bike I bought online assembled. First, the guy tried to get me to return it and by from them, informed him that’s not an option , he then gave me a price to assemble the bike. I told him, I would return the next day with the bike in box for assembly. As stated, returned on Saturday, the guy who helped me was with a customer. Another person, I’m assuming the owner at this point, ask what I needed. Explained I had been in on Friday, spoke the that gentleman (pointed to him) and that I have the bike now with me for assembly. He stated they DO NOT assemble e bikes. I said I had come in the day before, spent time in the shop and was given a quote. At this point I’m , pretty upset, he threw his hands in the air and told me to take my business elsewhere. So I did, and was very pleased I did, same price, but excellent customer service!!!

Brought my bike in (that I didn't buy from them) with an issue I was having and was wanting and very much willing to pay for them to take a look at the bike and see if there was anything they could fix. He went on a rant about online bikes who "cut out the middle man" and told me there isn't anything he could do for me and to try another shop without even taking a quick look. So I took my business elsewhere and they were able to quickly find the issue I was having and am happily paying them to fix it. I guess they don't want new business, so if you have happened to buy a "online bike that cuts out the middle man" then continue to cut this shop out because they don't want to help.

Tried to buy 2 bikes for a charity and was accused of being a fraudster. Treated poorly and talked down to on the phone. Skip this company for sure! Less than one star if was allowed! Hilarious! This guy has just called me a liar! The 2 bikes went to charity and I had an excellent experience with Archers Bikes! Use them instead of this company. These guys obviously don’t care about the customer, let alone charity!

They were SO helpful, going above and beyond to take care of my tire issue right away! Gave me what I needed, and even did a little extra chain maintenance for me! The best! Will definitely be using them for any future needs!

Called in for a tune up and brake bleed quote. They beat out the big competitor in Gilbert. Went in for a tune up and brake bleed. The owner mentioned that my brakes were out dated and may need replacement. Gave me another quote to replace parts on my brakes. They called me to pick up the bike. Upon arrival they told me that they were able to do the standard tune up and brake bleed! No need for brake parts replacement. They charged me for the original quote. I appreciate the honesty and will return to this shop. Not only was the initial quote cheaper than the other local shop, but they were also honest about the potential brake issue.
