Super chill and gracious family operated small business. The bike shops in Ventura have gotten too busy and snobby to provide a good experience so the 15 minute drive is well worth it. No appointments necessary and the main guy goes out of his way to treat customers right. They not only repaired my bike, they cleaned and waxed it too.

Great crew. Great selection of bikes. Full service. Have bought several bikes for our family and have been super satisfied with the experience every time. Happy to take the bikes in for routine service, maintenance and repairs. Staff is very friendly knowledgeable and helpful.

I walked in looking for one part and left knowing I'll not shop at another bike shop again. My family and I were blown away with the generosity shown by the owner of this shop. The selection of bikes available was impressive.

I took my bike in to get tuned up. I was very pleased with the work that was done to my bike as well as the customer service. Definitely recommend this shop. If you are in Santa Paula, then stop by!

Worst experience. This guys time frame is way of. He says a couple days it turns into a couple weeks. He says a couple weeks it turns into a couple months. My husband bought our son a bike for Christmas and it ended up being too big. We thought it’d be easy if we took it back for a quick exchange. The day my husband went in for the exchange Tony was out of 18” wheel bikes for a young boy. He said he’d order one, we could pick it out and it’d be there in a couple days. A couple weeks after that my husband text him to check the status and Tony hadn’t even ordered the bike yet. He assured my husband that he’d have it soon. Now come 7 weeks after he went in to exchange the bike he text my husband that the 20” wheel bike that he ordered was ready. That was not at all what we ordered we wanted the smaller 18” rim for our 4 year old son. At this point we had waited so long that we just took what he had. Then next he billed my husband an additional $65. The day of the exchange he said my husband would be getting money back based off the bike they had agreed on. Horrible service. I’d rather pay more money to go anywhere but here he’s not worth the headache.
