My bike was a total mess when I took it there. One broken brake line, gears were all messed up and a broken sprocket (i believe). Hadn't done it's tune up for a while and so it all looked sad. But boss man knew his stuff. He gave me a lot of useful info on how things get worn down and why. But what's more astonishing is that he finished my bike that same day and let me tell you, it felt like the first day I had gotten it, brand new. Very curious and professional. Thanks once again Boss man!

I am delighted to be a long term customer of this fine establishment. Josh is not only a consummate professional, but also so helpful and an all around nice as well as honest person. I love being able to support the small businesses in my neighborhood and highly recommend The Bike Shop for it's consistent service!

Amazing service! The front wheel of my bike was stolen (be careful, a homeless person took it off while I was in Ralph’s for merely 15 minutes!) and Josh put a new tire on super quickly. Saved my day!! Thank you 🙏
