This business and the customer service are truly top notch. If you are visiting from out of town and want an e-bike rental I would highly recommend this business. I had never been to the Scottsdale area before. They made it so easy for me to contact them and make a reservation and had everything ready when I got there. They actually pick up the phone when you call so you can talk to a real person; very much appreciated. They were so friendly and professional. Thanks again for everything :)

We had a great ride with our group of 12. Bikes all worked well and someone from the shop got us to the trailhead so it all went smooth. A fun outing.

Six of us (all 60 and older) thought we’d try the e-bike rental at Pedego Bike shop. They were so patient and helpful getting us set up. The trail was easy to follow and we broke up the ride having lunch in Scottsdale. I’d highly recommend this as a fun group activity.
