PTOWN bikes provided AWESOME customer service - 4 of us rented electric bikes and they had them ready for us within 15 minutes of checking in. They happily changed our battery if it got down to 40-30 percent- we just stopped by! The return process was simple. The E-BIKES were like brand new and did not disappoint us while riding through the hilly dunes.. I didn’t make a reservation for a bike. Was looking to rent a bike for a couple of days. I walked in 30mins before they closed ask for the bike i want. 10 minutes later I got my bike. Service is amazing. Very helpful very friendly. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased an e-bike and was very happy with my experience. The bike had to be ordered and assembled which took a week. They were happy to take time to make some adjustments for me when I picked it up. I then rode it 10 miles to get home. I love my new bike!!

Bike rental was efficient and easy. My rental bike (and helmet and lock) were good quality. And, they provided helpful information about the Province Lands Trail (which was very enjoyable).

P-Town bikes was fantastic! I went twice in one week it was so fun. Used the e-bike and they gave me a map and some great suggestions on places to ride and see the fall sights. The service was great, everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to go back next year!! Highly recommend P-Town bikes!
