I was staying in Phoenix and my bike had a broken spoke and also needed a bit of brake work. My wife also needed a new helmet. I stopped in at this place and they were able to meet both needs. They mentioned it would be a couple days for the service, but the following morning they called and said the bike was good to go. Nice to have the bike ready a day early! The service guy was extremely friendly and welcoming, which was a huge plus. They also gave me an accurate estimate prior to the work and the bill was within the quoted budget. Great shop and fantastic service!

This shop is a absolutely marvelous locally owned and ran bike shop . And the head bike tech Jayveen is ultra friendly and very helpful with any issue you may encounter . Trail riding, commuting, or just leisure in general . I always visit co-ops usually during my long distance journey . Due to my personal budget but I was able to find what I needed at a fair price and J didn't mind that I do my own work outside out of the way in the back in lot. After replacing my rim tape and putting my bike back together he also was very helpful with a shop air hose to get the proper PSI back in my tires and back on the road 🛣️. A very knowledgeable and polite young man for sure . And also Justin and Carlos are excellent skilled bike techs as well much thanks to all from this shop .I will visit this shop again next time I am riding though the area. Velo bikes is highly recommended by yours truly thanks again see ya next year . ✌️.

Both the entrance and parking are in the rear. Accepts both cash and card. These guys are great! They are knowledgeable, thorough, and always ready to answer all my [very novice] questions, which I appreciate very, very much. The shop is clean, well-organized, and ever-growing, offering up everything from assembled bikes to accessories to components to helmets, lights, and tires (oh my!)...the list keeps going. So, whether you just need a new tube or a gnarly gravel bike, this is the place to go. They also host a weekly, casual ride! Check them out.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with the Velo. This year I’ve brought in two of my bicycles I’ve had for a couple of years to have some long-planned updates and upgrades installed. The entire staff has not only been incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and able to assist with all of my questions and needs, but they have also displayed an attention to detail I haven’t experienced anywhere else. My bikes have never ridden or looked better, and I want to give a big shout-out to Justin who works there, as his dedication to what he’s doing has made me feel like the attention being provided to my bikes is akin to what he would give his own. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone.
