I came from out of town to Raleigh and woke up to a beautiful Saturday morning. Having ridden electric bikes in NYC before, I knew the thrill of riding them to see an area so on a whim called around to see if I could get one that day with three others. We hit the jackpot. I had the great fortune to be introduced to Jordan from Durham (I thought Jordan was from Chapel Hill but I digress), and he was so great. He brought the bikes to us and set us up and gave us tips on the bikes and the area. Could not have been nicer and more responsive. The price was fantastic too (but then maybe I am used to NYC prices too much but it was still very, very good) and he was super responsive when we texted him with questions. Can’t recommend him highly enough. And oh yeah, the bikes were great too. Super clean, well equipped with equipment e.g., like for holding phone) and functionality was perfect for a diverse set of four riders to go out riding for a day together to explore a new region. Will gladly use them again when back in town.

Conducting business with Tobacco Trail Bike was amazing with customer service beyond my expectations. I purchased an e bike from them. The staff provided operation instructions and demonstration. Exposed.me to the different styles and models and provided guidance for my type of riding. While I waited for delivery of my bike, they provided a temp loan of the same model I purchased. Up arrival of the bike, it was delivered to my front door and I received another period of information. I also like to point out that because of the holiday rush and me putting in a late order, the bike did not arrive in time for the holiday. Tobacco Trail Bikes then gave me some really cool accessories for the bike free of charge because of the inconvenience. I will definitely be conducting business with them in the future.

Great place to rent for yourself and family E-bikes to ride the Tobacco Trail Very dependable staff and owners Call them first for a fun ride and a great day on their E-bikes We had a blast 😎😎😎😎

Owner was nice and helpful, and the e-bikes we rented were great! Next time I need a rental they will be my first call.
