I’m glad to know that John is still in the area to work on my bike, Monarch. It’s great now that he is involved in his own bike shop. Was a tiny bit of a challenge to find his shop but once I did, its actually very easy to access Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt. The best as far as I’m concerned I always know Monarch will get the best maintenance at Totally Rad Thanks John!

I’m 66 years old have rode bicycles for years and I wanted to purchase my first E bike. I ended up with the Aventon Adventure 2 John was great to work with had me try out several different models before I ended up with the purchase. I would highly recommend This shop thank you very much

Great place to get an e-bike or get one repaired. Bought a Aima Big sur for me and a Aima Santa monica for the wife. Having a blast on the new bikes. Thank you for your awesome service, John.

Cannot say enough great things about this place! We already had our bikes before we knew they were in business but they have been fabulous to us. Got us whatever parts we needed quickly, helped us with comfort adjustments to bikes, definitely full service dealer! Would recommend to everyone, will definitely use for everything from here on out!

John was great to work with. His knowledge of e-bikes was incredible and his patience to help me find exactly what I needed was awesome. I had ordered a Lectric bike online and totally hated it. I never could get it to “fit“ me. John let me ride nearly every bike in the shop until I found one that was totally comfortable. What a difference. I have ridden my new Aima Santa Monica three times as much in the first month as my first bike in two years. Thanks John for all of your help and I highly recommend Totally Rad for any e-bike purchase.
