Friendly and knowledgeable staff and the fact that they only do mountain bikes is what I love about this place. They just rebuilt my 1991 M2 Specialized mountain bike and by putting gravel tires we created a great gravel bike. Essentially a restomod. It looks and rides like new. Shane in their service department did a masterful job of restoring this treasure of a bike. The attention to details is mind blowing. Thank you Shane and thank you Trail Head.

Trailhead is a great local bike shop! They have professional and friendly service crew and good sales folks that know their stuff. Don't expect to get "same day" service as they do get booked up (and for good reason) but call ahead and schedule and you'll be fine. I get treated fair here every time I come in, and if I need to buy something they stock a lot of the stuff you might need in a pinch.

Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff…felt right at home. Great location and great selection. Many bikes and accessories to choose from. Staff extremely detailed and thorough in fitting and tuning your bike.

Can't say enough good things about Lars' shop. My wife and I recently purchased two Specialized Levo SL MTBs and could not be more pleased. Got a great deal (in two different transactions) and made a few custom mods to dial these bikes in. Great Service: I do a bit of my own service and use Trail Head exclusively for any service that I don't do myself. They do good work and stand behind it. Let's put it this way: I live near three good bike shops in Los Gatos but I take my bikes to Cupertino. Great crew: Part of the fun is the biking passion that the staff in the shop brings to work. I've found everyone there to be friendly and helpful and always willing to bat around ideas regarding current MTB bike tech or trails to explore. I am better (and my riding life is better) for knowing these folks.

Trail Head Cyclery really impressed me, have to share. Had issues with my new TRP brakes and getting them to function properly. I completed a DYI changeover and had major squeak going on. Upon speaking with their very knowledgeable staff, I learned they not only know what they are doing, but they have invested in the best equipment for setting up brakes in general. (bedding machine). Not only did they fix my issues, but took care of my issue far beyond expectations. Just think, something like getting the proper brakes on my Levo set up correctly, but doing it right the first time means it's safer, lasts longer, and saves money in the end. Will be back, and thanks to the crew at Trailhead. A++
