Randy was great. He took the time to explain and show me the bike. Instead of up-selling me he informed me when certain maintenance tasks will be required in the future. (Chain, brakes, etc...) he also gave me much appreciated advise of an upcoming bike ride I am planning from SF to LA.- thank you Randy !

Randy is amazing and reliable. I spent one year living in Irvine and commuted exclusively by cycling. After being turned away by a slew of E-bike only shops, I finally found Trail's End. I consistently visited Randy's shop for a variety of repairs -- punctured inner tubes, sliding seat post, chain replacement, crankset replacement, wheel replacement -- and he reliably repaired my bike for what I thought was very fair pricing. I highly recommend Trail's End.

After visiting a few bike shops, I purchased one from Trail's End a few months ago. From my first visit, I was very happy with the service I received. Randy and his wife are wonderful and super helpful when dealing with beginners like myself, answering all my questions and giving me detailed breakdowns of how to ride and care for my bicycle. I've come in twice with tire issues and they've always been happy to help and provide tips so I don't experience the same problems again. Their dog Nala is adorable and friendly, and seeing her in the shop always puts a smile on my face. If you're looking for a bike, Trail's End is definitely the place to visit.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was in a out with the perfect cycling shoe in less that 15 minutes. Bonus, they even installed the cleats for me as well. Amazing service!! They also sell and repair bikes as well. I highly recommend coming here for all your indoor or outcome biking needs.
