This shop is legit. I've riding Mountain bikes since 2002 and been to many shops for my bikes work, and service. I came here from a good friend Peter recommendation to pay a visit to Trail Head and speak to Esteban. Boy what a great experience and I'm glad I did. Esteban helped me with my suspension setup and also serviced my bike after a 2 week Whistler Trip. He gave my Glory a tune up, change the pads, changed my tires, and even replaced a Rear Shock Spring for me, and slapped in a new chain. Although I brought some parts, especially some spare Assegai tires I've had for sometime, Esteban will tell you what works, and his recommendations which makes things better to understand and why. I picked up my bike super clean and ready to rock again. Trail Head Bike Shop and Esteban is my go to shop now for all my bikes and services! Thank you Esteban!

The best bike shop I have ever been by far. They are super professional, friendly and got my bike back to me in less than 24 hours. I will be taking my Trek Remedy 8 here anytime it needs major or minor services. They even clean your bike to a factory like condition. Not only does it look new but it sounds new as well, no creaks or clicking at all. Last time it looked and ran this clean was when I bought it new in 2018. Huge thanks to these pros, stoked to have found such a reliable shop. 10/10 recommend for any of your bike needs. Very well stocked shop also.

Finally a shop where I can ask questions and get treated with kindness and respect. Professional bike shops can feel intimidating, but trailhead people explain a lot of things I didn't understand. They also tuned my bike and suggested to try a set of brakes that are safer stronger, than the previous I had. Super friendly staff, as well as the shop's pet Alaska.. I'd recommend this shop to friends and family

The shop itself is clean and inviting, with a well-organized layout that makes browsing accessories or grabbing essentials a breeze. They have everything you need, from helmets and lights to tubes and tools. But what truly sets [Shop Name] apart is their incredible staff. I brought my bike in for some repairs and upgrades, and the mechanics were fantastic. They took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my bike, using clear language and even showing me exactly what needed fixing. No confusing jargon here – they made sure I completely understood the work before proceeding by showing me photos of the repairs needed. And the work itself? Impeccable! Not only did they fix everything perfectly, but they also went above and beyond by giving my bike a thorough cleaning. It looked brand new when I picked it up – gleaming frame. It was clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers' bikes. Overall, my experience at Trailhead was outstanding. Took my bike in to get my suspension adjusted and serviced on my Trek Slash. Same day service and very happy with the end result. Esteban is a very knowledgeable person. I would strongly recommend getting your bike serviced there. A+service
