The best. I bought a bike here more than 10 years ago. Came back and bought another. 10 years later the service is still just as great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to explain things and listen to my questions. You can see and hear the passion for cycling in their work. I wish every business operated like this.

Awesome shop. Spoke with the owner on the phone about a brake issue with my bike. Despite the backlog and delays caused by covid-19, he told me to bring it by and he would take a quick look and let me know the timeline. He came out to the parking lot and within 5 minutes had my brake issue resolved. Not many would take the time for such personal assistance on a tiny item, but it made a HUGE difference for me. I will shop here exclusively for any bike needs or service.

I had one of those few-and-far-between experiences at a business where the service was so great that you just want to tell everyone about it. I was served by one of the owner's, Joe, and he really went above and beyond with his service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and just overall helpful. He made sure I had the right product under my butt before I left the store. Thank you, Joe! I will definitely be back whenever I need anything cycle related.
