This was my first time going to this shop. The staff were great. I walked in after getting a flat on a ride nearby, and they had me back on the road very quickly. The gentleman who did the repair was friendly and professional and in addition to the repair, he also tucked the second tube I purchased right into my emergency road kit. Most other places I've been would have just handed me the box to do it myself. When I arrived home, I also noticed that he had replaced a missing plastic cap at the end of my bars, which was a really nice surprise. Small things add up when it comes to customer service! Showing your customers that you care by taking extra steps doesn't go unnoticed, especially these days. Another gentleman there took a few moments to chat with me about headlights and was really helpful and informative. He also pointed out some of the sales they were having and helped me sign up for their mailing list for coupons. I would absolutely return here in the future after such a pleasant experience!

I had a great experience here. I needed a replacement brake lever and one of the mechanics was able to fetch one from another store in the area. The Trek warranty covered the entire repair, which was amazing.

Great bike (FX 4). Nice people. I was in and out quickly. They were transparent about pricing. Next time I need a bike, I'll come here again.

I recently got a new Trek road bike tuned up at this store ($100). I put all my accessories in a box, gave it to the technician, and then left my bike there. After the tune-up was completed, I found out that the lever of the quick thru-axle was missing. Additionally, the cable cover on the handlebar was not installed. The brand-new towel I put in the accessories bag was gone as well! This is so frustrating. The new bike day should be perfect, and now I can't take off my wheels and don't have a towel to wipe my bike. :( I called them and told them something was left in the store, and they said I could come to get it without any apology.On the other hand, the tune-up was great. I am not an expert, but I feel good riding it. I really wish they would be more careful in the future. Update: 7/8/2024 I went to the store and talked to one of the employees, then to the store manager. After explaining what happened, the employee kept asking me, "Did you lose it?" "Do you have proof of it?" After I showed the pictures I took when I retrieved the bike and the pictures I took before I left my bike, he gave me the missing lever. But for the missing towel, he literally said, "We are not going to do anything about it." I still have not heard any apologies from them, and they seem to insist I lost those parts. I could understand if they made a little mistake during the bike service, but I was shocked by the attitude of the employees in the Trek store. Again, I really wish they would be more careful in the future and provide better service.

Addison and Zach were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me understand what I needed to know about my bike. I am brand new to this sport and they were patient and never let me feel dumb even though I asked many dumb questions. I cannot speak highly enough of them and will absolutely be a Trek Cambridge gal going forward.
