I came in on Saturday to look at bike seats. The gentleman who helped me was great! He listened carefully about how I use my bike, installed my new seat at no extra charge and had useful suggestions for my next bike.

Terrific service. They always take care of me and the technicians treat my bike like it was their own. On my recent tune-up service they noticed I had added a purple accent color to my tube caps and stem cap. While replacing my derailleur cable they capped the end of the cable with a purple cap. It was a very minor thing but it highlights the shop’s attention to detail which is greatly appreciated.

Great bikes, better service, awesome team. I purchased a Trek Fuel mountain bike and they took time to fit me on the right bike, and adjust it for my size and style. Over a year later, I now bike with their Sunday MTB rides, they donated bike boxes to my community event, and they organized a fun holiday ride. I’m so happy this store is here and supporting Chapel Hill cyclists.
