The guys at Trek Cherry Hill are always so helpful, friendly and make us feel comfortable asking any questions we have. After two years, our teenage son is still rather new to the triathlon world so having people who can help explain things that will work well for his biking sets is a huge help. It is a relief knowing that they will set him up with what suits his needs and will help develop his skills. They remember our family every time we walk into the store which also puts us at ease.

Great service and good prices. Call and asked them if they had room for a walk in to replace drop bar tape..They said yes. I went in and they took me in really quick. Great service.. but work was not so good. It looked good there but when I really took a good look at home. I could tell that tape wasn’t put in in the same direction on both sides. There were also some kinks on the wrap.. I took it else where to rewrap it.. I really wanted to give them 5 stars but there service mechanics dropped the ball.

I am a rookie cyclist that purchased my first bike from this store. There was a man named Adam who helped me tremendously. He found me the perfect bike, and was extremely kind during the process, and even stayed after closing time when I had some questions regarding my new toy. He is an expert in knowledge pertaining to bikes and also a man of high character. I encourage everyone who’s reading this to go check him out if you need help fixing a bike, finding a bike, or even questions about bikes in general. This guy is excellent in every area and provides details and facts with all of his feedback. He isn’t just trying to sell you a bike and get you out the store, he’s interested in seeing you thrive in your biking journey. There is also another employee by the name of Jake Kaplan who was extremely patient with me and did all he could to help me get a good deal on a trade-in bike for store credit. Jake was very encouraging and made the Trek store in cherry hill feel like my home. He’s always positive and willing to go above and beyond to help me out.

Amazing employees who are knowledgeable and who genuinely want to make your experience excellent. I needed a new rear shock & the team worked so hard to source a great part that I would love.. then they quickly installed it. They communicated well and kept me updated though the entire process.
