I had a fantastic experience shopping at the Cobble Hill Trek store. I popped in on a weekend and spoke with Andrew. I was in the market for a new bike (my last one was a single-speed, and I wanted something that could make the bridges a little easier). Andrew answered all my questions and let me test drive the bike I was looking at online, and I fell in love. I came back a few days later to pull the trigger. Andrew (and the rest of the team there) was super helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. He also let me borrow some lights, since I wanted to ride my bike home and it was RIGHT as the sun was setting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I'm super happy with my new bike, and I'm thrilled that there's a Trek store so close to my apartment. Looking forward to being a regular there for all my future accessory/tune-up needs!

Was stuck travelling with a bike that had some break issues. The guys in the back, although busy, gave my breaks a quick clean enough to get me back on the road. The showroom has a great selection of products and accessories. I’d highly recommend! Thank you!

I liked the range & quality of cycling products that Trek offers & the people at the Cobble Hill store provided me with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful & kind. I also appreciated the suggested training road ride maps the store had available. I especially want to thank Vernon, as he answered all my many questions & provided thoughtful insights that helped me figure out which clip-on shoes & additional accessories would work best for my cycling needs. Alex also did a fantastic job with the installation & gave me helpful tips on how to get used to using clip-on shoes for the first time. This is a great bike shop. Would definitely recommend. 10/10.

Excellent customer service from everyone I encountered, Alex & Andrew specifically. I already had a trek bike but wanted to get a pedal assist e bike and they were exceptionally patient, honest and kind during the whole process. I had to come back for some adjustments and they quickly handled them with no problems.

Towing my canoe to Red Hook for a friend’s birthday party, my bike got a flat! I was exceptionally lucky to find myself near Trek Bicycle in Cobble Hill. Each and every staff member was knowledgeable and attentive. Aaron performed the most thorough and complete flat tire inspection and repair I have ever witnessed. He is a true craftsperson. It is rare to find someone in any field who has such a depth of expertise, without a drop of snobbery. I found this bike shop overflowing with compassionate skill to address the unique needs of any bike or client. Trek Cobble Hill swiftly got my bike seaworthy again, much to the delight of the birthday partying kids & their parents waiting for me at the beach downhill! Thank you
