Absolutely the best bike shop. The staff is professional, helpful, and very personable. The store is well stocked and organized. They went over and above in getting my bike back on the road. Special thanks to Nat for all his help!

Recently had an awesome experience purchasing a bike here. I worked with Adam who was very nice and helpful. I even had some minor issues after the sale that were totally my fault that they were a big help with! Lots of selection for someone looking to buy a bike so I would totally suggest going here.

Great store and great people. While I’ve not bought a bicycle in 25 years, and I paid extra for pedals (which I guess is standard in the industry now but what I think is chickenshit), the service and knowledge of both Andrew and Adam was exceptional. They made several adjustments to make the posture on my bike better for myself, and I receive a tune up next year as part of the overall price.

Nat and Adam were both super knowledgeable and friendly in helping me purchase my new bike. Allowing me to test ride the bike before purchasing was great. Helped me feel completely confident in my purchase. Highly recommend.

I was so impressed with this place that I came back here to buy my bike. Adam was so good to me. Helped me get my old bike as close to good as possible and then gave me some advice if I was going to buy a new bike. Taught me to put my bike into a rack back first. Showed me some shifting tricks. I got a new bike from him. He even gave me the best suggestion for lunch. Can’t wait to ride my new bike more. Thanks Trek, Adam, Nat, and the team.
