Had a great experience buying a bicycle from Trek in Ellicott City. Dan and another great gentleman let me test ride almost any bicycle I was possibly thinking of. Very non pressured and informative sale. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a bicycle.

I usually frequent the Towson location as it is right around the corner from my house, however drove to the Ellicott City location to pick up a bike for my daughter. I called ahead and placed the bike on hold as I would be in shortly. When I arrived I was greeted by Mark who had the bike waiting. He made a few minor adjustments to the hand brakes and made sure everything was working properly. He did a phenomenal job connecting with me and other customers before me. Thanks for the bike!

Had some decent experiences here in the past but the last 3 times not so much. Ordered a bunch of accessories in person and they neglected to mention that installation hadn't been charged and was still due. That was annoying, given we had spent $400 already. The visit to drop off our bikes I was ignored by the guy who originally ordered the equipment, and after waiting a while for someone to acknowledge we were there, finally my wife had to flag another guy to take our bikes. It was not great and I don't feel like going there anymore. I don't know what the problem is, but it was a big change from my visits in earlier years. UPDATE: And dinged another star for a saying they were going to follow-up. Not that I want one: things were made as right as could be already, but I still don't feel like my business was appreciated and I have alternatives.

on the recommendation of a client, I knew my 25yr old bike helmet would not give me necessary protection while riding my bike. drove to Trek bike shop Ellicott City, I entered the shop. It was expansive, spacious, organized and was easy to locate the bike helmets. friendly sales personnel, Becca, assisted me with sizing for a large size with various choices of colors, quality helmets and a tighten back strap. I recommend Trek for your bike needs.. asked Becca the best visible color, ooo lime green yes, I will be seen. now, I must paddle my bike around the town.

Zach in the repair shop at Trek Ellicott City took great care of our bikes. He was very knowledgeable and also provided excellent help with recommended repairs and purchases. 5 stars for Zach and Trek Ellicott City.
