Couldn’t be happier with my experience at this location. Elena and John were super helpful. It was a wonderful buying experience, the new bike is amazing and I’m looking forward to using the store to service my new bike as well. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my two bikes there for level 1, 2 and 3 services for the past few years. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. They notified me on a recall of my bike that is not from Trek. Very thorough service. Want to shout out to Rob who service my bikes recently with his excellent service. Will keep going back.

I went in knowing that I wanted to get a bike, but when I walked in I was showed why choose Trek. Trek is really a caring brand. John answered all my questions and concerns. He even suggested what would be a better fit for me and I couldn’t agree more. I was well informed in my bike purchasing decision and look forward to riding TREK. Forest Hills Trek, thank you :).

Got my first ever bike from Trek in June and have already put over 600 miles on it. Went from learning how to ride in May to a metric century (100km) in August. Thanks John and Trek for introducing me to the best hobby out there! Here’s to my first 100 mile century this fall!
