First, Mary Ann (aka MA) and the Greensboro team were awesome! We stopped in on a Friday evening, MA and Stephen were very attentive, answered all of our questions, helped us get setup on several test rides. We didn't know the store had already closed and MA didn't miss a beat. We ended up coming back the next day; we had more questions, did more test rides, and ended up leaving with a Dual Sport 3. I can't say enough how awesome the team was! Between the two of them, they were able to answer any question we had about either the bikes, the value between different options, or riding in general. The bike itself is wonderful. The quality is great. It's smooth and crisp, everything I would want in a new bike. I've ridden a few times since I got it and I'm in love.

The Trek Greensboro team spares no effort to meet the needs of its customers in an efficient and friendly manner, making the purchase of a bicycle a pleasant experience. In short, I went to this store just to look at the bikes and left with two bikes, equipped and having made good friends.

April 24, 2024 Ken Tucci What an amazing experience! I have been a cyclist for over 30 years and have been in dozens of bike shops over the years and this was by far the nicest store ever. Incredible selection of over 400 bikes in stock along with everything a cyclist needs to complete their cycling needs. Even with all of the awesome products on display nothing compares to MaryAnn and the team she has assembled! The guys are super helpful and very polite to help anyway they can. Saving the best for last is MaryAnn herself. She absolutely is the best in the business! Maybe ANY business! Her compassion for my wife and me was so thought and heartfelt. She listened to our situation and needs and truly went above and beyond to help us make the best decision for us. Zero pressure during the entire experience, just a feeling that she wants to make sure that we were totally happy with what we were deciding. Please, do yourself a favor and check out this bike store!

Very friendly folks. They have a great selection and they put in a lot of effort to make sure I got the right bicycle and it was set up properly for my commute.
