Service is done quickly and it is thorough. Many times with a note as to the cause or the proper maintenance for the problem being fixed. Mechanics always seem to make time for an adjustment or repair on the fly (if you are RIDING the problem bike!). Scott was quite helpful at service dept. TREK---> a WISCONSIN Company. It’s all about the staff. Jonathan and Besty made my shopping experience so enjoyable—they are friendly people with a ton of knowledge and helpful insights. They clearly love being of service, and they love their jobs. In the shop, Joe and Mickey have always been quick with tune-ups and upgrades, and have even taken time to show me how to do a few things on my own. I love my new bike, and I love the awesome people who helped me find it. I’ll always recommend Trek Henderson to anyone who’ll listen.

I’ve had a couple wonderful recent visits to this bike shop. I first bought a new bike and had it equipped. Then needed some adjustments and both times I was helped by Jonathan and Betsy. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive. I’m super happy with my bike and experience. I recommend this shop over any other options in town.
